Accommodation & Reservation services

• All rooms suggested to the client as accommodation variants are available at the time of request. Until the definite booking is made these rooms are considered to be vacant and therefore may be rented by other clients.
• In order to make a reservation, you should complete the inquiry form. Within 24 hours you get an acknowledgement to your email address saying that your booking request has been received, the chosen room is vacant and you are welcome to proceed with the booking.
• A definite reservation is made by means of a deposit (the sum is equal to 1 day accommodation in the chosen hotel), which should be put down by credit card / cash payment / money transfer etc. Have a thorough look at the payment options section.
• Payment of deposit indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions and that you have read the property description, and you are aware of your own rights and obligations as well as you implement the “Acme” hotel’s policy in terms of rooms' reservation, cancellation and payment issues.
• Room rates shown on our website are per room, per night and include all taxes, fresh linen, towels and breakfast.
• Once made, bookings cannot be changed or cancelled and deposits are not refundable. Therefore cancelling a booking or not arriving for a booked stay will not result in a refund.
• As soon as the prepayment is made, we email you a Reservation Confirmation with a unique number. Thus, the definite booking is made and we are looking forward to meeting you at our hotel. Please bring this confirmation number with you, together with proof of your identity, when you check in.
• The person named in a booking must be the person who actually will be staying. Check-in will be denied to anyone not accompanied by the person named in the booking
• The final balance (minus the deposit) of accommodation cost is due for payment in cash on the day of arrival.

Check in/check out

• Check-in time after 14:00 hours on day of arrival
• Check-out time before 12:00 hours.
• Any variation of these times is possible only by prior arrangement and any prolongation of stay in the apartment should be extra paid. The sum is equal to: half-day accommodation in the chosen room – if a guests departs until 6pm / arrives before 2pm,full-day accommodation in the chosen room – if a guests departs after 6pm / arrives before 8am

Cancellations

• All cancellations must be made in writing by email, post or fax.
• Cancellation made by the client prior the arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit.
• In case of cancellation made by the Company the deposit will be refunded

 Additional comments

• Pets / animals are not allowed except by prior owners' consent and with the exception of guide dogs.
• The “Acme” hotel reserves the right to make changes in the Terms and the Conditions Statement, so please check before each use for changes.

• By using our website, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by us in the manner set out in this privacy policy.
