The landlord lives in the house hence the hand over of keys is without difficulty at any time possible.
For stays longer than one week discounts are available.

Children under the age of 6 years stay for free. We serve an individual breakfast on request for 6 Euro per person.

For a stay shorter than three days, 39 Euro will be charged for apartment cleaning.
