For all winter bookings we have a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrival and departure day on a Saturday!

Children until 12th birthday are FREE.
Children from the 12th to 15th birthday € 35,00 per day.
30.01. - 27.02.:
Children until 12th birthday at the time of 07.02. - 28.02. 2009 € 40,00 per day/otherwise free.
Children from the 12th to 15th birthday at the time of 07.02. - 28.02.2009 € 45,00 or else € 35,00 per day.
19.12. - 09.01.:
Children until 12th birthday € 40,00 per day.
Children from the 12th to 15th birthday € 45,00 per day.
Included services
All indicated prices are including half-board and do include all taxes.
All rooms are non-smoker rooms with cable-TV, telephone, hair-dryer, shower or bath and WC (partly separated), W-Lan and safe.
Consciously experience the morning and recharge your batteries with healthy natural products. We set great value upon quality and a wide selection not only consisting of bread, cheese and ham – convince yourself with daily fresh made egg-dishes, more than 20 teas and 10 honeys, a juice-bar and a large vitality-corner with a great choice of cereals.
AFTERNOON:
Hans, our chef is daily preparing a small Ápres ski-snack be it either a tasty goulash-soup, a pasta salad or a cake.
DINNER :
Culinary experiences of the highest standard: 5 courses with choice of the main course, daily salad buffet and homemade bread.
You will be seduced by a combination of regional and international cuisine, without flavour enhancers or emulsifiers.
Weekly a new surprise awaits you: Be it the Pinzgauer-Evening with tight slapping performance, fondue-evening, the buffet evening or the house celebration evening.
Unwind and take a deep breath! Recover after an active day in our Vitality-Oasis with a heated outside pool with integrated whirlpool, a salt-grotto with camomile-scent, Infra-red sauna with light therapy, soft sauna and Finnish sauna
Anna-Maria, Viktoria and Brigitte are looking forward to welcome you for a massage or a cosmetic treatment. On demand we do as well offer Yoga- and Meditation-sessions.
LOCATION:
The "Stadt Wien" is
central located on a small hill-side. Ski in directly to the hotel. The bus stop
is in front of the hotel and the next gondola, the CityXpress, is a 5 minutes
walk far away from the hotel.

Away from the slopes, surrounded by gorgeous mountain scenery, you have to go on snow-shoe hikes, to cross-country ski and ice scate on the Zeller lake. Or try sledging down slopes deep in snow. As an eventful day draws to close, it´s still not over in Zell am See - Kaprun: for both partygoers and those looking to unwind, there is a lot to discover. Wheter cool Ápres-ski parties or a cosy evening.

Our cancellation policies: Cancellations until three months before arrival are free of charge Cancellations made between three and one months before arrival are charged with 50 % of the total amount Cancellations made one months before arrival, no show, later arrival or earlier departure are charged with 90% of the total amount. (Services which are not delivered by the hotel such as ski-passes are not refundable by the hotel)
