CANCELLATION CONDITIONS 2008
TOP HOTELS GROUP a.s.

Individuals (1-9 persons):
Cancellation fees of 100% of the price of accommodation for 1 night of the non-realised reservation shall be paid by the Client in case of the individual’s no-show without previous cancellation and also in case of reservation cancellation after 9:00 a.m. on the day preceding the day when the accommodation should start.

Groups of at least 10 people (no cancellation fees 30 days before arrival)
a) Cancellation fees of 30% of total price of the reserved services shall be paid by the Client in case he cancels the reservation 29 – 21 days inclusive before the day on which providing of the services should start.

b) Cancellation fees of 50% of total price of the reserved services shall be paid by the Client in case he cancels the reservation 20 – 15 days inclusive before the day on which providing of the services should start.

c) Cancellation fees of 80% of total price of the reserved services shall be paid by the Client in case he cancels the reservation 14 – 7 day(s) inclusive before the day on which providing of the services should start.

d) Cancellation fees of 100% of total price of the reserved services shall be paid by the Client in case he cancels the reservation 6-0 days before the guests´ arrival or in case of their no-show without previous cancellation.

Other conditions:

Cancellation fees won’t be charged if the number of persons in the group is reduced by 10% after expiration of the free cancellation period. The above-mentioned cancellation fees shall apply to reductions over 10%.

The Landlord accepts only cancellations made in writing.

If the cancellation is not delivered within the above deadlines or if it is not made at all (so-called no-show) and the Landlord suffers loss related to realisation of the reserved and contracted or prepared boarding or additional services, the incurred loss will be charged to the Client.
