  • A confirmation will only be acknowledged once a deposit is received by either credit card or bank transfer.
  • Deposit amount required:
    • One night deposit is required with the balance due upon checkout unless:
    • reservations are made 15 days prior to arrival date, two nights deposit is required with the balance due upon checkout: or
    • if reservations are made 7 days or less prior to arrival date, the full stay is required.
  • Payment accepted at hotel: Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express
  • Check-in time is 1:00pm or by arrangement. Check-out time is noon
  • Cancellation charges are:
    • If a reservation is cancelled, deposits are not refundable as per below:
    • If cancelled between 21 days and 16 days prior to arrival date, one night stay will be debited from your charge card.
    • If cancelled between 15 days and 8 days prior to arrival date, two nights stay will be debited from your charge card.
    • If cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date, the full amount will be debited from your charge card.

Rates are per room (not per person!) and day.
