Booking Policy

   •   Terms and Conditions
No children under 16 years.
Summerplace Guesthouse - Madeira requests a deposit to secure your reservation. A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount must be paid prior to confirmation of the reservation.

   •   Cancellation Policy
50% of the deposit shall be retained if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the deposit shall be retained.

Rates are per room (not per person!) and day.
