All prices are in EUR per room (double or single use) and include buffet breakfast, room safe, free use of our Health Club (sauna, men steam bath, swimming pool and fitness), complimentary newspapers, CD and DVD player in room, 24 hours room service, service charge as well as all taxes (including VAT 9% and city tax).

Extra bed in a Junior or Special Suite: free of charge for children up to 11 years old, 80,- € supplement to the room rate from 12 years.

Baby cot is available with no charge on Junior and Special Suites.

Reservations are held until 18:00 unless the hotel has been notified of late arrival and a deposit or a credit card number have been received. No cost in case of cancellation until 18:00 o clock (hotel s local time) two days prior to arrival. Reservation must be guaranteed by credit card number.

For later cancellations or in case of \"no show\" 100% of the total booking value of the first night will be charged to the credit card.

NEW YEARS EVE 2009 (30.12 -2.1.2010) CONDITIONS ARE:

CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS: 14 DAYS PRIOR PLANNED ARRIVAL = 100% non refundable deposit.

MINIMUM STAY 31.12.2009 = 3 nights, 1.1.2010 = 2 nights

Junior Suite – for 2 person(s): Junior Suites are warmly decorated and offer a sitting area. Private marble bathroom with shower, tub and bidet. Sizes vary from 40 up to 53 square meters or 430 to 570 square feet.Extra bed for 3-rd person upon request(80 EUR/night).
