TERMS FOR CANCELLATION:
Until 7 days before arrival: f r e e o f c h a r g e s
6 until 4 days before arrival: payment of the first night
3 days before day of arrival until the day of arrival, in case of no shows and premature departures 100% of the whole agreed services will be charged. Moreover the terms of the “Österreichischen Hotelvertragsbedingungen (ÖHBV)” are effective for this contract. Court of law is Vienna.
TERMS OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION FOR NEW YEARS BOOKINGS:
Terms of payment:
50% immediately after fixed reservation. Rest payment at least until 1st December.If you have given us a credit card guarantee we will take the payments as mentioned before.
Terms of cancellation:
Last possible cancellation free of charges: 30th November.
After the 1st of December 100% of the whole booking will be charged, also in case of No Show and premature departure. Court of law is Vienna.
