Cancellation Policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations

  • If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds. If you do not want to offer extra beds at all, please use the bed type "no extra beds available".

  • All children are welcome.
  • All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
  • All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
  • All older children or adults are charged USD 7.00 per night and person for extra beds.
  • Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
  • Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy
This defines the policy for prepayment/deposit requirements.

  • No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
This policy defines VAT and additional city/tourist taxes.

  • VAT is included.
  • Service charge is included.
  • City/tourist tax is included.

Internet
This describes what type of internet is available, in which location in the hotel and at what cost.

  • Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan
This policy defines the breakfast and meal plan.

  • Full English breakfast is not included and costs USD 2.00 per person.
  • American breakfast is not included and costs USD 2.00 per person.
  • Breakfast is not included and costs USD 2.00 per person.

Parking
This specifies if parking is available at the hotel, if it is on the street or in a (secure) parking garage and what the costs are.

  • Free Private parking is possible on site.

Pets
This policy defines if pets are allowed or not.
