Situated on a cliff top formed out of tuff to the east of Montepulciano, and half a kilometre's walk from the city's medieval walls, this former 18th century oil mill has been lovingly restored, providing guests with high quality accommodation.
The farm house boasts west facing views of the medieval town of Montepulciano, spectacular, uninterrupted east facing views of the valleys of Valdichiana and lake Trasimeno and south facing views of the Valardegna, framed by the mountain vistas of Totona and Cappuccini.
