Just 300m from the “Port of the Heart” ,as Parikia’s Port is also called , thanks to its natural shape , and 80m close to the nearest sandy beach, Livadia , we have created for you “Rodia studios” complex, placed in a wonderful traditional orchard , which , along with the very good construction of the building and the family environment , we believe that it makes the difference, compared to the type of accommodation offered in the area.

“Rodia studios” consists of 11 spacious studios , either of 1 room (45m2) or of 2 rooms (70m2) , able to accommodate 2/3 people and 3/5 people respectively. They are all built in the orchard , so that their terraces or balconies have full view of it.

All our studios include air-conditioning , full kitchen facilities (fridge, cooker, oven, utensils) , TV set, fan (in request) , big bathroom with bath-tub, spacious terrace or balcony with view to the orchard.Everyday cleaning is provided.Out of the complex , but just next to it , there is an open parking area.
