All rates (AU$) per room/night for two adults sharing a queen room/bed.
Extra person (adult retreat; 12+ only unless group booking) sharing room - $50/person/night.
Two night minimum for weekend bookings unless room available at short notice.

Our guests just love these larger rooms with wonderful views of the meandering creek and hills where the kangaroos reside. Relax in your private sitting area or open the French doors onto the Juliet balcony and the breeze flow through. Tastefully decorated with fine furnishings, sizeable ensuite, damask sheets, evaporative cooler and DVD player our superior room will make for a superior stay! Why not treat yourself?

Deluxe Rooms (2)
Cosy and comfortable, our deluxe queen rooms with ensuite are elegant and airy with views of the manicured gardens, distant mountains and working farm. Stylishly decorated with antiques and soft furnishings.

Cooked breakfast: $195 or $185 for 3 (consecutive) nights or more
Continental breakfast: $175 or $165 for 3 (consecutive) nights or more

Interlude Package… For that special occasion:
Additional $75 per package
Be welcomed with champagne and chocolates on arrival and have fresh flowers and a surprise gift box in your room. You can then relax in a pure rain water shower with bathrobe. The following day enjoy a delicious breakfast and dream the morning away with your room serviced (for multiple nights) whilst you relax!

The Bed & Breakfast tariff includes use of the communal formal lounge room, upstairs sitting area (with tea and coffee making facilities), verandah and surrounding gardens.

We are located 15-20 minutes from the heart of Canberra and 5km to a major shopping centre.

The Homestead is surrounded by gracious gardens, which will feature in the Open Garden Scheme 2006/2007.
