Our guests stay in very comfortable and private self-catering or bed and breakfast cottages with many quality extras. Enjoy a unique Australian country experience in a beautiful natural setting. Established in 1839, Poltalloch Station has 22 historic buildings, including the unique Shearing Shed, jetty house, Point Malcolm lighthouse and grand Victorian Homestead. You can canoe, enjoy walking in our paddocks and pristine bushland, tennis, fish from the jetty and swim in the freshwaters of Lake Alexandrina, Australia's largest freshwater lake. Guided tours of our historic buildings and collections are available on request.
