Location: A quiet resort area near the Lake Kubija, about 3 km from the centre of Võru.

Accommodation: There are 57 comfortable rooms, 2 junior suites (Erki Nool Suite and Raul Olle Suite) and 1 de luxe suite. The standard equipment includes a bathroom with floor heating, SAT-TV, a telephone and individually controlled heating. Rooms for non-smokers and allergic persons.

Conference facilities: One well-equipped conference room for up to 120 persons, suites for team-works. Sauna and fireplace room for more informal meetings.

Medical centre: The Kubija SleepCareCentre specializes in treatment of sleep disorders and related illnesses, such as tinnitus (ear buzz), snoring, sleep apnea and stress. Rehabilitation care programme includes different types of massages, aromatherapy, peat treatment, fango and parafango body treatments, massage with hot stones, Shiatsu massage, herbal baths and relaxing sessions in the energy capsule.
