Built in 1958 by Cambodian French architect, Holiday Villa took over the property in 1996. In April 2000, after a major and intensive renovation the Hotel reopened in a new style. Cater to an International clientele comprising of business and leisure. Managed by Holiday Villa Malaysia International.
A three star hotel, strategically located on the main business street (city center) and just fifteen minutes drive from Phnom Penh International Airport.
Within the vicinity of shopping area and only five minutes walk to famous Central Market (Psah Thmei). Just ten to fifteen minutes drive to all places of interest within Phnom Penh city and well known Russian Market.
Hotel consist of 74 spacious guestrooms, inclusive of Presidential Suite, Deluxe Suites, Executive and Studio Suites offer a retreat to luxury. Each room is equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, IDD, satellite TV programmes, minibar, hot and cold-water shower, bathtub, personal electronic safe and all suite rooms are with tea/coffee making facilities. Presidential and Deluxe Suites are with kitchenette and Studio Suites comes with balcony. Connecting rooms or suites are also available for families of 4 or more.

For Muslim customers, facilities like Holy Quran, praying mat and time schedules are available upon request. “Kiblat” sign is available in all rooms.
