Frequently asked questions (guests)
- I made a booking using hirners.com. How do I cancel it?
- Bookings are to be cancelled always directly at the hotel. The hotel's cancellation policy applies.
- I reserved a room using hirners.com. Is it already paid and was my credit card charged?
- We never charge guests' credit cards. Payment always takes place directly at the hotel — there are no exceptions. Credit card details are used for guarantee only.
Frequently asked questions (properties)
- I have forgotten my login details. Can you send me another password?
- Please click on the "don't know login or password?" link on the right top of the page. Then enter your property ID (if you know it) or your email address into the text field and click on "Request new password". New login data will be sent to your email address.
- I have received my password, but I can't login.
- If you request new login details, all previous passwords become invalid. Please check that you
are using the most recent login data, then:
- Click on the "email or property ID" field on the right top of the page.
- Enter your property ID.
- Click on the password field next to the current field.
- Enter your password.
- Click on "Login".
